About the seat

Two decades in the operator's chair.

I've spent my career in airline operations and technology — running teams, standing up systems, and cleaning up processes that were never designed in the first place. These days I work as a fractional COO, and I build the same kinds of tools for clients that I built for my own teams.

This desk is where those tools go public. Every kit here started as something I actually used — a checklist, an audit, a prompt stack, a playbook. If it's on the shelf, it works.

The rules

  • $19 flat. No tiers, no funnels, no upsells. One price, every kit.
  • One new kit a week. Small, sharp, and ready to run the day you download it.
  • The two-week test. Every kit gets about two weeks on the paid shelf. If it earns its seat, it stays. If not, the free vault gets it — and the list gets it for nothing.
  • One email, once. Vault access costs your name and email, one time. After that, every new vault drop arrives by inbox instead of a gate.

Why so cheap?

Because the price isn't the point. The point is that you run the thing this week, and if it works, you remember where you got it. That's the whole business model.
