What we collect
The Free Vault asks for your name and email. Paid checkout also collects the information needed to process your order. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe; we don't store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver what you requested, send receipts and product updates, maintain purchase records, prevent abuse, and improve the kits. If you opt into release emails, we may also tell you when a new kit or vault item ships.
Who processes it
GoHighLevel manages contacts, forms, and delivery emails. Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare hosts the site and product files. QuickBooks receives accounting records for completed sales. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't collect phone numbers through the vault, and vault access doesn't enroll you in SMS messaging.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages such as receipts and download delivery may still be sent when needed to complete your purchase. To ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion, reply to any Kit Desk email or contact us through KEG Executive Management.
Retention and changes
We keep purchase records as required for accounting and tax purposes and retain contact information while it remains useful or until you ask us to remove it. We may update this notice as the store changes; the current date appears above.
